Learner Cannot Print Results Page - Script error message received

Hi there - a learner has reported that they get the attached error message when trying to print out their assessment results.

I recently amended the report.html file to remove the columns containing the answers and the score - and when tested all seemed to be working okay.

Does anyone know if this is an error in my report.html file (also attached) or if it is something on the user's computer?  I've never seen this message before.
