I would like to create a screen that allows the learner to draw/write using an ipad stylus and then capture or submit what they have drawn/wrote. A use case for this would be a student working through a math or statistics problem.
I found a jquery for creating a sketchpad in Storyline, although I haven't tried it yet. Now I need to figure out how to capture that image and submit it.
One more challenge, where would it submit to? If the SCORM file is in an LMS that is SCORM-compliant the individual answers can't be viewed by the grader, only the final score. So I need to figure out how the drawing/writing could be viewed.
Perhaps a 3rd party tool that you could utilize as a web object would work, but I do not have any experience with this. There was a similar conversation here that you may want to take a look at, although a bit dated.
Not sure how that could be reported or if that would be available within the tool that you find.
Hopefully some of your fellow community members will chime in and assist here.
