Learner management systems

We are looking at Articulate 360, but are a small nonprofit and are looking for a reasonably priced, quality system to deliver the courses. Any suggestions?

Really depends on how many people you need to use your LMS, are you planning on selling courses?

There are a number of open source LMSs out there like moodle that you could get set up reasonably priced, or you could look at a cloud based solution. Cost shouldn't be the only deciding factor, and it may be that if you have a small number of users that an Cloud based enterprise solution may be reasonable.

We have a small number of users - about 150 per year now. The problem we keep running into in trying to find a new LMS is that most platforms want to charge for all the people in your database. We are an association with 770 members (and more than that in the db). And we turn over 50-100 people a year. Most will never take an online course. But the platforms want us to pay for accounts for all.
