Good morning. We have an interesting situation where we need to use closed captions for accessibility, so we have enabled them, but the learner needs to be able to turn them off globally (not on a slide-by-slide basis) with a single click. The single click is the big deal.
How do we meet both needs?
THANKS MUCH to the awesome staff and eLearning Heroes community as a whole!
Thanks, Phil. I am not sure that covers my need, but I appreciate the response. I have to have the feature turned on for those who need it but have the learner who doesn't need it turn them off one time for the entire course. Thanks.

If you use the CC button on the player that is course wide, or you can add a button to your slide UI and toggle the player.captions variable to false

The only way to do it is by toggling the variable for captions. This is all the player button does.
If you toggle the variable on one slide it will switch it off for all of the slides.
