Learners entering text into slide

I have set up a slide where the user is asked to enter text into 12 different text fields. The fields are in two columns numbered 1-6 and 7-12. I'd like to the user to begin entering text in box 1 and when they hit tab, have box 2 become active with the cursor moving there - and continuing this process in numerical. How do I make that happen?
