I have a program developed by Storyline and reported based on slides reviewed. Our LMS recorded it as "Complete" after I finished it. However, I relaunched the content again and found my record was changed from "Complete" to "In progress". Please give me some hints what I should do to fix this. Any help is appreciated!. Thanks.

You may want to start here, with some ideas on how to troubleshoot the tracking and reporting with your LMS.
You can also try testing this in the SCORM Cloud, which is the industry standard for testing content, to see if you get the same behavior.

Hi Emily, I tested it in the SCORM Cloud and nothing was wrong. I am wondering whether anybody else had a similar challenge?
