We are dealing with a trouble which occurs only when we publish our modules in HTML5 format. We have created a "Leave button" at the end of our courses and this button doesn't work. The trainees can click on it but nothing happens. This button works when the modules are published in Scorm without including the compatibility for HTML5.
Do you know how to handle this issue? I think it is nothing but I reach my limitations on that subject.
There are some known reasons here on why the "exit course" trigger may not work as expected. Have you review those? Are you seeing this on all courses that are published for HTML5 or only when viewing the HTML5 output vs. the Flash?
