Lesson Complete Status with Conditional Scenario
Jul 25, 2012
Hello all!
I am working on a project where there is a conditional scenario for the student to complete. We track completion using the number of slides viewed option (because our LMS can't interpret the quiz data if we use the quiz option).
Anyway, if one track complete means 8 slides, and the other track complete means 5 slides, the only solution I can come up with is to set the minimum slides viewed to complete to 5---but of course, this option fails in some cases.
Wondering if anyone else knows another way? In Presenter we used to use the "mark complete" widget and that seemed to work really well for us.
Hope that makes sense--and thank you!

Hi, Kristin -
One way to do this is described in this thread:

Leveraging the JavaScript trigger you can force completion on the LMS. The method described only works on the Flash output.
Thanks Steve- I was sure this must have been addressed before, but I couldn't seem to find the thread! Appreciate the input!
Bummer it only works in the flash output...
