Workday LMS is able to collect interaction data and display the responses. In order to see the responses Workday displays a lesson interaction tab. I have configured my file to submit results and can see completion data and pass/fail but the Lesson Interaction tab doesn't display. Through research have found that Workday uses a file called RunTimeAdvancedCalls_SCORM20043rdEdition.zip to make this happen. How do I configure Storyline to give me the same result in Workday so I can see the responses?

Thanks David. I am using SL 360 and publishing to Scorm 1.2. The certificate prints 'Learner Name' only on Workday. It prints out the learners first and last name on other LMS.
I was wondering which SCORM call would work best in Workday.

Hi David,
Would really appreciate your insight into an issue I am seeing.
My course has a completion certificate built in. When I publish to Workday, learners name does not display on this certificate.
I have tested this course on other LMS and SCORM cloud, and the issue only occurs in LMS.
Do you have any recommendations on how I could fix this?

Hi Divya,
Are you using Storyline 360? If so you must publish to Scorm 2004 version 3.

Also if using SL 360 check your text entry field (reference field) is correct on the certificate
