license transfer

Dan Crowe
By Dan Crowe

A colleague of mine has moved on to an other company, and her Storyline license did not go with her, since it is a corporate asset. How do I transfer the license to another user at my company?

Good luck with that. They told me I wasn't allowed to transfer it.

Hi Dan,

You'll need to connect with our Success team and they'll be able to look at how you purchased Storyline and your license set up.
