Lightbox and No Audio on layer resolved by Storyline Update 3?

II had these problems when publishing HTML5 for LMS;

Lightbox sometimes pauses a slide and the slide does not resume when the lightbox is closed
When a video is playing from a slide layer, and you pause it, once you resume the video, I would see the picture but would get no sound.

I saw these two times listed on the release notes for Update 3 so I assume these have been resolved?

I have been having the same problem with the lightbox slides. On some slides it works - that when you go to a lightbox slide and close it - it resumes the original slide. On other slides - the timeline is stuck and the audio won't play when resuming.
