I've got two clients experiencing similar issues. When a lightbox appears onscreen, the content never loads (the content is a PDF). I can't recreate it on my end. It works as it should on our local LMS and on SCORM Cloud.
Has anyone experienced this type of issue before? If so, were you able to rectify it?
BTW, the LMS' being used by the clients are Cornerstone LMS and SuccessFactors.

You may want to look at this article here about troubleshooting your LMS.
I am not familiar with either of those LMS, but hopefully some other members may be able to chime in with some information.
