Lightbox Custom TOC Menu Causing Screen Not Refreshing

I am still having issues with the light box functions. I have a button on all master slides to lightbox a scene (just another scene builds as a TOC). Then a trigger Close lightbox when user clicks button1. Everything I published the view the course on SCORMClOUD, when I click on the button, then load my lightbox scene and click on a link from there to jump to another slide I would get screen residues. The image from the previous slide would not refresh and causes a multiple image build up. I have un-install Flash, rebuild the scene slide 3 times onto a new project, Chrome, update 3 for Storyline2, working on my hard-drive only and publishing to the default Articulate folder with less than 260 characters, still nothing working. Hi Ted,
I see you were also working with Emily in that other thread - and that her version worked as expected for you? I took a look at her version and didn't see any screen residuals left over - can you tell us more about the browser or environment in which you're viewing this (ie. Firefox or Chrome? HTML5 or Flash? iPad or desktop, etc.?)?
I solved my own problem. Its seem if you create if you creates a chromeless player with the background colors set of 100 transparencies and then have a button that uses a trigger lightbox a slide so and so, with text linked to another slide like a TOC in my case. This is what caused the screen image overlapping. I went back to the master slide and draw a box filled with 100 white
