Lightbox in Storyline 3 looks a bit blurred in Preview

Thanks for including those screenshots, Judy. I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing. I appreciate you submitting a feature request for this, and actually, I'd say it's more of a bug on our end. In theory, the image quality in Preview should match what you see after publishing, but clearly Preview is more blurry.

I really appreciate you for bringing this up, and I'm going to get this reported to my team. I'll be sure to keep you posted on any updates I receive through the process. I'm sorry this has been a pain point for you!

I'm seeing this issue in Preview for SL3, too.  Courses built in SL2 but upgraded, look fine in SL2, but blurry in SL3.

Thanks for chiming in. Are you seeing blurriness in a Storyline 3 Lightbox slide, or on any slide?

The bug reported earlier in this thread was for a Lightbox slide, so if you're seeing blurriness on all slides, we'll definitely want to take a closer look. Let me know!

It's actually on all slides.  I even tried swapping out the graphic to ensure that the one I was using was crystal clear, but that didn't change how it looks in preview.  It makes it a bit scary to publish because I'm not sure whether it will right itself in the published version.
