I have an issue where a lightboxed slide is not showing the little cross in the right hand corner of screen to close it again. This only occurs on ipad, it works fine on a PC.
This way our techs can take a closer look at what is causing this problem and find a fix for it! They will then be in touch with you to keep you updated on what's happening with the case.

I think your best bet will be to also submit a support case: Submit a Support Case
