My Sequence Drop-down interaction in a lightbox is not working. It seems that the drop down is happening under the lightbox as I can see the bottom part of the drop-down poking out under the lightbox.
Thanks for responding. I am using Storyline 360. I can't share the whole project but I have mocked up the problem in the attachment. When you click the question button the question opens in a lightbox, but the drop down boxes are appearing underneath the lightbox.
I published your file and uploaded to my server. Here is a peek video of the interaction - I'm not seeing the behaviour you describe unless I misunderstand the issue.
I noticed similar in preview but the dropdown didn't reveal anything at all, so I couldn't see the list 'underneath' as per your video. SL360 previews in html5 and I published and viewed the html5 output so I would expect same results but I didn't get it.
I would log a support ticket and get the Articulate guys to take a look at it. At least you know it works on publish :-) All the best with your project.
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue. I do see where you reached out to the support team and that Vevette was able to confirm a bug. I will attache this thread to the report as well so that we can update when we can.

Thanks for your patience here as we fixed up the issue where a Matching Drop-down question in a Lightbox slide was not working on Preview and when viewed from Articulate Review.
To install the update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Actually, I hadn't tried publishing so it's a relief to find out that the issue is resolved when the file is published :)
However, it is still an issue when previewing (see attached video). Is there anything I can do to make it work in preview mode?

I thought SL previewed using Flash, but I could be wrong. I did as you suggested and logged a support ticket.

Storyline 3 and 360 previews HTML5 content. To see how your course looks in a Flash-enabled browser, you’ll need to publish it.

Just FYI - it looks like the bug is also appearing on Articulate Review. It works OK as a SCORM.
