Lightbox slide issue in HTML5

Hello,

I have created a course in SL which has tables opening up within the lightbox slide by clicking button.

But when I published my project and checked my HTML5 output file, position of the table within the slide was different than that of I set while developing. below is the screenshot of the same. I alligned the table at the centre of the slide and its not showing that as I developed. Howevr I checked the same version of the course in chrome it showing it correctly.

Is this issue of IE or something wrong in my file settings. Please help.
