I want a lightbox slide with an explanation to open when the timeline starts, before the main slide does anything. I set a trigger to "Lightbox slide when the timeline starts" but it doesnt appear. I know its a quick one, any help appreciated.
I saw a demo, but cant find it, of the Keurig coffee story which did exactly the same thing. Anyone have the link to that, I'm sure this has teh answer for me. (Its the new one, no Tom Kuhlmanns one for Studio etc).

Are you previewing only that slide by any chance?
If not make sure it is set to the timeline of the slide and not an object
well that's taught me not to wake up at 6a.m. and post!
