Slides are slides, you cannot decide which ones do not count towards the total. You may need to adjust how many slides count towards complete, or look at your structure and redesign it.
Phil is right - lightbox slides count to the overall total of slides, and if you've set a number of slides the users have to visit, those count towards it. You could either set the number lower to not account for the lightbox slides, or you could set it up to report completion on a particular slide.
The method I previously shared would only need to be set up once, at the very end of your course and you'd use that slide as the results slide to track within your LMS. Since you have a set of graded questions, you could also set up a regular results slide to track those questions and report that to your LMS.

Hello Ashley,
I agree with Phill, SL is exactly working same as he said.
But the link you shared might be useful for me, if I follow this do I need to convert my every content slide to freeform question.
Currently my project has nearly 50 content slide 10 graded question slides 8 lightbox slides and no result screen.
