Lightbox slides not working

Good morning, wondering if any of you know what might cause this...
My manager viewed one of my modules on her computer on Internet Explorer 11. When the lightbox slides appeared, the black box that greys out the background content was normal. The white box that holds the slide content with a red X in the top right was normal. However, no content would ever display. Those lightbox slides that I have set to close when timeline ends... ended! I have tried it on my own computer (IE 11) and it worked. She also tried it in Chrome on her computer and it worked.
I fear that I don't have control over my learner's computer settings... and don't know if there is anything I can do about this except suggest Chrome...?
Thoughts?

Hi Teri!
I have seen this reported previously as you can see here. We were unable to replicate though, similar to what you are experiencing.
Seems to be related to the users environment.
Can you check out the troubleshooting and testing tips shared there and let us know your findings?
We're assuming it must be some advanced settings in her Internet Explorer, but I basically will default to asking that people use Chrome. No other IE users in our office were able to replicate the problem.
