Lightbox trigger == issue in HTML5

Dec 10, 2014

Hello,

I've made a slide with a search like function and when I click on search, I have two triggers with a string comparison equal to, ignore case

This works fine when displayed as a slide, but when I display this slide in a lightbox, it doesn't work.

Is there a solution, or is it a bug ?

BR,
Ludovic

Hi Ludovic,

Are you using Storyline 1 or Storyline 2? I know of an issue in Storyline 2 as detailed here that was reported to our QA team, but I don't have any additional information to share at this time. I can add this thread to the existing report filed with our QA team so that when there is additional information to share I can post it here.

Hi Ashley, than you for your answer,

Here is an example of the bug (attached to this email)
If you test the projet in HTML 5 and in Flash, you will see that, this
string comparison in HTML 5 doesn't work.

I have the name Müller
I have two triggers with a string comparison equal to (ignore case) for
muller and müller

Best regards,
Ludovic
