I have a lightbox set up and want the learner to visit a new slide after closing the light box and when I click next the light box keeps popping up again. I have a trigger to jump to slide set up. I cant seem to find any tutorials out there on lightbox. Suggestions?
Any chance you could attach your file here, or send it to us privately, so we can take a closer look? It sounds like it might be an issue with the order of your triggers, but it'd be hard to say for sure without seeing it.
I suspect you have to add a trigger on the Next button on your lightbox to "Close Lightbox" first before it jumps to the slide you want them to view. Otherwise, it will open it within a lightbox or something like that.
It's a really large file Peter- I'll try to trouble shoot a little more. Donna, it is the last slide in my scene and it works in another part of my course without a trigger. I can get the light box to pop but when I click the white button to close it and click next it keeps showing the light box again. I also added a trigger to close light box when timeline ends and that didnt work either.
