When you create a lightbox in Storyline 3, it puts a tiny white border on the top, left and right side. Doesn't look great. Can someone look at this please?

I have updated to thevery latest version and the problem still persists. In my case, if I create a box which is bigger than the dimensions of the slide (IOW hangs over the edge) the problem goes away.
I have to say, I am very concerned how long it takes to get things fixed in SL. This thread started almost 3 years ago! Why is it so slow?
It would be best to have our Support Engineers to continue troubleshooting since we've already released this fix. Would you mind sharing your file with our team? You can use this link to do so.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I did a brief test comparing SL2 and SL3 and I am certainly seeing what you are reporting here.
I will get this reported to our team to look into. This article explains how we tackle these bugs :)

Hi Rik - We do prioritize the issues based on user impact. This one has been reported as I mentioned, but I do not have an update at this time.
hi this is also happening in 360, it is really affecting our look and feel as the lightboxed slide we have is blue.

Lightbox Slide has a white border
