I am having an issue where my lightboxes aren't firing. This includes a light box that I created as part of the player and lightboxes that should fire when the timeline starts. Attached is my test .story file.
I took a look at your project and in preview and publish to Review 360 the lightboxes worked. Can you test out this copy I published here? The player lightbox didn't load the web object for me, but perhaps because I don't have access to it.
Let me know how that works for you! I didn't change anything but did make sure I published with the latest update of Storyline 360, build 3.29.19305.0
I ended up submitting a support ticket and they resolved the issue. Below is the fix:
To troubleshoot the issue for possible file corruption, I created a new project, saved it on my local drive c: and imported your slides from your old project using the Slides > Import > Import Storyline.
Ah, good point Matt! I always recommend following along with these guidelines to prevent odd behavior too. Luckily, with your file, I didn't even need to import into a new project it was fine when I opened it.

Removing the lightbox from the player did not solve the problem for the slide triggers. I don't see any relevant errors in the console.
