What parts are you looking to change? When you insert that quiz question type you'll be able to add the text into those existing fields in "Form view".
If you're looking for something a bit more custom than that, I'll leave it to the community!
Hello Ashley, I want to know how I can change de design (f.e. radiobuttons, sizes of the interaction...). Maybe there is somewhere a tutorial for the interaction questions I can watch? Thanks a lot
We have some tutorials here on adding in form-based questions. You can make some customizations when looking at the slide view, but since they are form based, you will be limited.
That tutorial series should get you started though :)
Hello Leslie, no sorry that is not helpful because we know how to insert it and how to get started... but we dont know f.e. if it is possible that there is a drag and drop and there are more possible drops for one drag-field...
and also how to change the design (of f.e. radiobuttons). Are there anywhere tutorials for such questions? Thanks Ines

Insert a new slide under the Insert tab. Click the Quizzing tab and then the Survey tab.
