Likert Scale and LMS Issues

Hello!

I have created a course in Articulate Storyline 2 and I'm trying to add in some pre-evaluation and post-evaluation questions. The 10 questions for each evaluation will be the same 10 questions before the module and then after the module, so that we can gather insight on how well the user felt they knew about the topics going in and then after they've gone through the module. This information is needed to be able to be tracked.

The questions are in the form of 'On a scale of 1-5, rate the following statements', so I figured the best way to do that would be to set up the Survey questions with the Likert Scale. I read that a result slide is needed, which I have created a Survey Results slide. But when I go to add a test to the LMS (TalentLMS), I can see what each person is answering for each question, but it's showing up as a correct or incorrect answer, as well as in the downloadable CSV report.

I've attached an image with some screenshots. The part in the red box is what I'd like to have happen. But I can't seem to figure out why it's coming up as Correct/Incorrect options when it's a Survey and not a graded question. I'm publishing as Complete/Incompleted.

Any help or insight would be much appreciated! :)
