To sort of echo what Phil stated, you'll want to make sure the LMS you're working with supports that type of reporting. If you haven't already, you may want to contact your LMS team and see if they're able to receive survey data.
If you speak with your LMS team and they do support this, we'd be happy to take a look at what's going on.

do you have it assigned to a results slide?
Some LMSs do not record survey questions, Storyline does send the data to the LMS it is up to the LMS to process this

Its strange, i have 9 questions, 6 work fine and there others that are the same type as the ones that are nor working. I hope that makes sense.

Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if they track correctly there?
