Liking published file to an app. Possible?

We want to create an app that houses various learning modules.  Is there a way to link the app to a published storyline file so that it looks like it is opening from the app?  I know articulate has it's own app but we want to incorporate the module into  custom built app.

Also, are there any softwares that compiles things into a phone app that is slightly user friendly?
