Limit the number of times learning can review quiz and go to new slide

I have created a "final assessment" and everything works well, but I notice that the learner can go back and review quiz as many times as they want.  I would rather not have this, as it gives them too much access to the answers.  I want them to only be able to review once and then be sent to another slide or scene that only gives them the choice to exit the course and return to the LMS site.  I tired using a counter slide and trigger but cannot get it to work .

I have only tested it in review with player set to open in a separate window but doesn't work, so I wouldn't expect it to work after publishing to SCORM or aPI.
