I have a comprehensive exam for a series of 6 courses. My client wants their learners to have two attempts to pass the exam, so I added a "Retry Exam" button on the "failed" page to reset the results of each of the six quizzes that make up the comprehensive test. Unfortunately, it seems there is a limit of 4 "resets" that I can select - the others show up as unassigned (image attached). Has anyone else run into this issue? Workarounds?
I am using the latest version of Storyline. The file was originally created 2-3 years ago, so perhaps there is some artifact that is preventing it? I will try to delete the button and recreate the triggers. Thanks for confirming there is no limit in SL.

And it's Phil Mayor with the win!! I was able to successfully copy one of the existing/functioning triggers and paste twice and then select the appropriate section. Because I also suspect a bug, I will see what I can do to either sanitize the file or get approval to share with Articulate for further research. Is there a specific email address I can use to send the file to a limited audience?

Would they be open to just giving two attempts for each quiz as you go through it?
Assuming there is a limit in Storyline, I might be able to use that as a workaround. Thanks - good suggestion!

I do recommend Walt's approach, but I also took a look and I'm unable to replicate this behavior.
What version of Storyline are you currently using?

Well, I tried by creating a new button and then began assigning triggers to reset the results and hit the same limit of 4. Any other suggestions?

I think there maybe a bug, have you tried copying the trigger instead.
