It's hard to tell from the video but it looks like the entire view of the course is not displayed, and therefore parts of the screen that are not visible are still accessible? Did you look at the player/browser settings you choose to stop it from scaling or expanding passed your desired size?

I see the behavior you're describing now in your file, and as Phil mentioned there isn't a way to force the user to only drag within a specified area. You'll see though that if you try to drop it outside the visible area it lands just inside the frame so the user can't "lose" it.

I have attach my story file can you please check.
Drag functionality will be as follows
Dragable must have drag constraint so it will not drag outside the content area.
Dragable tab is not allowed to move out of screen.
Can you please check this and revert me back as soon as possible

There is no way to constrain a drag item
