We are currently on Build 3.29.19305.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are encountering.

Does this issue also occur in new files after publishing the course? If so, that may indicate that Storyline isn't working properly. It may help to run a repair of Storyline to see if that clears the issue. This link provides more details on this process here:
