I created a Storyline 360 project to upload as a course to our SuccessFactors LMS. I linked a document in Resources on one of the course slides. The link is working fine but in the LMS the course closes when the document is launched and you have to start the course again instead of returning to the correct place in the course. Help!
Can you have multiple "module" windows open at the same time on your LMS? Maybe it is closing it and counting it as complete? Try putting the document in another storage place and see what happens.
It is not counting the course as complete. Once I close the window with the document in it I have to restart the course and take it again without clicking on the link to successfully complete the course. Where else could I store the document?

Can you tell it to open the document in another window? I think that in the course settings in articulate.
