I have published a course created in Storyline 360 to Review 360 but my reviewers cannot open the hyperlinks to work files which I linked from my desktop. Would appreciate any help to rectify this. Many thanks.
We're happy to help! Your reviewers should see the .doc in their downloads folder. If you'd like the file to open in another browser tab, I'd recommend linking a PDF instead.
Thank you for sharing your Review link. Unfortunately, I see the same behavior when clicking on the links in your course. They aren't opening up. I wanted to walk you through how I built a similar course on my end. Here's a short demo.
Can you test my Review link to see if you can download the .doc and view the PDF?
I believe because my links are in states I cannot put a trigger within states. I think they will work if I use layers instead of states for this interactive slide. I will give this a try tomorrow.

Let me know what does the trick!
Thanks Lauren for getting back. Sorry still no success with both options. Could you review and see if you can access my linked PDF and word file from : https://360.articulate.com/review/content/d82d862c-d2d6-4cf9-875d-663f51ca5bb9/review
Many thanks
