I would like to link scene 2 to scene 3 in my Storyline course, but scene 2 ends with a quiz question so I don't get the link symbol and cannot figure out how to link it to scene 3. Any help is appreciated!
I'm having a problem attaching my story file - I'm getting a sever error. In the meantime, what I'm confused about in creating a trigger is what to choose for "when" and "object" since it is a MC question with unlimited attempts. Each answer choice has feed back for them and I don't want it to jump to the next scene until they choose the correct answer, get the feedback and then hit "continue" on the feedback.
I'll try to figure out why I can't attach my file....
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the question, but thought I'd take a stab at it.
So, to review: you have a multiple choice question with unlimited attempts. So, if Learners get the answer wrong, they see Try Again...they can't move forward.
And when they get the answer correct, you want them to see the feedback and the continue button, and then move to the next scene.
Would it work for you, then, to modify the Continue button trigger that's on the Correct Layer for that last question in Scene 2 to say Jump to scene 3 when the Learner clicks continue?

You can also use triggers to link to scenes, as well as many other options.
