Linking slides from separate publishings (LMS)

Jan 09, 2020

I have two multi-module courses that I administer to students through my campus LMS (Blackboard). For the last few years I have published the modules separately and use adaptive release within the LMS to ensure the students do them in order.

The log in, the click the link for module 1. when finished they close the window and now they have a link for module 2.

I am wondering if there is a way to make a 'next' button appear on the last slide of module 1 that would take them to module 2 (published separately) so that they don't have to return to my content screen.

I'll be honest, i haven't played much with web objects...is this where I need to go looking?

Hi Rebecca!

Great question! Currently, Storyline 360 offers triggers to Jump to Scene or Jump to Slide. These settings are for the same project, so jumping to another project would need to be built in an LMS.

I know we have many Blackboard users in the community so I'm hoping someone can shed light on how to build this!
