Linking to a PDF

We have buttons in our training that we are trying to link to corresponding PDF documents. It would be nice if we could upload the PDF docs to the "resources", but there is no trigger to link to a resource. My audience will be viewing this in a web browser, so I want the PDF to open in a separate window. Any suggestions?
Sorry if this topic has been discussed already!
Thanks,
Jesse

Totally possible. Take a look at the suggested answer here: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/14379/83767.aspx#83767
The key is to have your file name be EXACTLY (case sensitive) how it is on the trigger.
Edit: Or do that ^^
You could always host the files and then have a button hyperlink to them. Do you think that could work? They could also be in the resources tab as backup. Just a thought.
Hi Jesse and welcome to Heroes!
The answers Jenny and Jesse provided above should work for you. Once thing to ensure you check is when linking the PDF you'll want to set the Browser options (little globe icon, farthest on the right) to look like this:
So that it displays in a new browser window. Let us know if you need any other help!
Great info. Thanks!
Changing the path to the file to read "story_content/external_files/myFile.pdf" was the trick.
Thanks for the update Jesse and glad it's all fixed!
