Alyssa Gomez Staff almost 6 years ago12/14/17 at 5:07 pm (UTC) Sorry you're getting stuck, Yenn. Let's narrow down why this is happening: Is your Storyline file and the linked resource stored on your local hard drive? Are you on the most recent update of Storyline 2 (Update 12)? Does that happen when you try and link any resource file, or just one resource file in particular?
Eowynn Bosomworth over 5 years ago06/11/18 at 4:01 pm (UTC) I had this same issue and I had to load the resource to My C drive before linking it. Storyline couldn't load it from any network drives. Hope this helps.
