Links breaking once loading published file to LMS

I am having issues with a specific course once it is loaded in to our LMS.   It worked perfectly and past functionality reviews but recently, the links to two different Captivates (housed on company server) no longer work. A new window launches when the link is clicked, but it presents a blank screen with the text ‘Done’ in the bottom left corner of the window.

I have done the following to try to fix this:

1.       Checked links to two Captivates, still active working links. Re-loaded into LMS; no change in functionality.

2.       Moved two Captivates to create two shorter ulrs.  Placed in course, re-published and re-loaded into LMS; no change in functionality.

3.       Archived previous version of course in LMS, changed name of course, re-published and re-loaded into LMS. No change in functionality.

4.       Embedded links as a web object into course, re-published and reloaded.  No change in functionality.

My team is out of ideas as to how to fix this.  Like I said earlier, this course was working perfectly before.  Just recently, something happened.  If you have any suggestions on how I can get these two links to work, please let me know.  This course rolls out in just a few days.

Hi Jessica,

The other item you could try is to test the course outside your LMS - say at SCORM Cloud, and see if the links work as expected there. If so, you'll want to share the results with your LMS team. 

There is also this method to insert the Captivate content into Storyline instead of linking to it if that's a possibility for you.
