If I select text and add a hyperlink, then publish my Storyline Presentation, the text looks like you should be able to click on it (turns blue, is underlined) but if you hover your mouse over or click on the text, nothing happens. I've worked around this by creating invisible boxes over the text and adding the "trigger" or link to the box. This works sometimes.
Is this a program glitch others have experienced? Any ideas?
Are you testing the published output locally? That could be interfering with accessing the links - so you'll want to test within the intended environment as described here.
