Links not updating in published SL 360

I am using SL360 v3.21.17083.0 to create a simple one slide navigation page (publishing to Web only). One of the text boxes in my project links to a PDF using the Jump to URL/file trigger. When I test the link it works fine. Published form works fine.
But then the link changed. So, I edited the trigger with the new link. Tested it and it works fine. Published the project and the link doesn't work anymore. I noticed it is still looking for the original link. I cleaned out my cache, tried different browsers, on different machines. Still looking for the old link. Tried deleting the trigger and creating a new one with the new link. Still have the same problem.
What gives?

Hi Bruce,
Clearing the cache should have done the trick if the browser was still relying on the older version to look at that link. Could you let me know if you tried adding a new hyperlink trigger or just edited the old one? Were you overwriting the previous output folder or creating a new one entirely?
Yes, I deleted the trigger and created a new one with the new link. Also deleted the output folder before publishing again.

Thanks, Bruce. I tested and responded via email - but it looks like you had a duplicate text box on the slide layers where the links were not being changed.
