Sorry for the delay Ashley. Yes, I have tried with Chrome too. I think it should be something that is affecting only that device as I have tested with: Asus Memo pad 10 Android 4.2.2, Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Android 4.4.2, Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 4.4.2, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 4.4.4, Samsung Galaxy Tab4, HTC One Android 4.4.2, LG-D373 Android 4.4.2, and also these Apple devices: iPhone4 OS 8.1.1, iPhone5 OS 8.1.1, iPhone6 iOS 8.1.2, iPadMini OS 7.1.2, iPadAir OS 8.0.
It should open within the mobile player as you mentioned, as that's the current set up for utilizing Android devices. I haven't run into any issues with my Galaxy tablet using Android 4.2.2, so we'd want to know more about where you're hosting the course and how you're publishing it.
I checked with a few members of our Development team and they said it looks like the createOscillator error you are getting was with the default browser instead of Chrome. Which version of the Chrome browser are you're using? We only support the latest version so you'll want to update and then have your developers check to see if you're getting the same error message.

Thanks Fabian for testing with all those other devices - I don't know that anyone on our team has an HTC Desire 500- but I'll reach out to see.
