I have this (very messy) document I made for myself when I was learning about the different types of quiz questions in Storyline 2. I specifically wanted to know which question types that I had the option to give customized feedback based on the choice the learner made. 

When I talk to the SMEs about writing quiz questions and what the system can and cannot do, I sometimes copy and paste the types of question formats I think they will need in a separate document I give them (minus my messy programming notes). For example, with many SME's I just give them the basics on T/F, multiple choice, multiple response, and drag and drop matching.

If you need a list of what the quiz options are, maybe you could start with this document and pare it down to meet your needs?

Thanks Melanie and Ashley. Me having provided them custom built eLearning frameworks has spoiled my ISDs. Storyline is faster and more cost effective but there are just some things it wasn't designed for :)
