Howdy! I am getting complaints from users that the video files will not load/play. It will start the course, but the next slide is a video and it just sits at a blank screen showing the Storyline player and black...
They have high-speed connections, they've cleared their cache in browsers, and I am publishing to SCORM 1.2- what am I missing here? It tests fine!
