Litmos - progress not showing

HI,

I've uploaded several courses to our LMS (Litmos) - when I've gone in and gone through my courses, its not giving me:

A) A percentage complete status when I don't finish the course

B) A 'complete' status when I have finished a course.

Does anyone know why?

Hi Rachel,

First, you may want to check out the articles here and here that may help clear up common LMS issues.

If you don't have any luck with the information the in articles, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side?

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

Hi Christine,

I've uploaded it to the scorm cloud and this is what I've got:

What I'm looking for is some kind of progress completed % on the LMS.

So, I've clicked to start the course, and got half way through, closed it. Come back to do it and the LMS tells me I've started it, got 50% of the way through...

Is that possible?

Hi Rachel,

Not entirely. However, one option that may work for you is to track by slides viewed

Track using number of slides viewed: With this option, your LMS will determine whether a learner has passed or completed your course by monitoring the number of slides the learner has viewed. Use the selector to choose a number.
