You may want to submit a case on that one. Pretty sure the tickets submitted as cases get routed faster than forum submissions. I haven't experienced this error on my end but most of my LMS testing has been with the Flash version (HTML5 seems to work OK in the couple of tests I've made with SCORM Cloud). If you haven't already, you might try confirming that this consistently happens with another LMS. I find the free account at http://cloud.scorm.com is awesome for troubleshooting. If the problem doesn't appear on the scorm cloud, there could be an LMS specific configuration issue that Team Articulate didn't anticipate.
This info will help them resolve the issue as well

Any help? Flash version works fine.
