LMS bookmark issue in HTML 5 on desktop and ipad

Hi, Rk -- Thanks for your question! May I ask if you are experiencing the same type of behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud?

And you may also want to verify that your settings are adjusted properly per this article on Setting the Resume Behavior. If issues persist, please share your file and we will be happy to check it out.

We are tested same package on desktop and SCORM Cloud its behavior is same.

Issue: When the user completes the course and clicks the ‘Exit’ button for the first time and while re-launching the course “Resume” is displayed with the text “Would you like to resume where you left off?” with “Yes” and “No” choices. If we click the "Yes" it will take us where we left while exiting.

E.g.: User exit the course at “Page 1”, while launching back user is taken to the same page.

Now, if the user navigates through a couple of slides and then exits the course, during the re-launch and “resume” it still goes back to Page 1. In short, only the first instance is stored and bookmarked.

As you suggested I have attached source file and publish package. Attached file might help you to resolve this problem.

Could you please suggest solution on this issue any let us know as soon as possible.
