LMS not reading Results

Hello Wonderful ELH!!
I need help! I updated a short course with a short quiz at the end (5 questions), I was asked not to have the questions weighed to essentially the user can get every question wrong and still pass the course, I still have a results slide though. The problem is that the LMS is not reading the completion when the user is done. I have contacted LMS support and they say it is a developer issue, I tested it in SCORM Cloud and while it will register the score (which doesn't matter) it will only read as incomplete, please assist. I cannot upload the course publicly due to the propriety content. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi Shani,
Try adding a course completion trigger. You can have it trigger when the learner clicks the button that navigates them to the results page.
