Has anyone ever experienced an issue with having a published course not be recognized by the LMS? We are in the process of implementing Cornerstone On Demand and I uploaded a test course. I had a mock user take the course and it says it has been completed in the transcript. But when I go to reporting the course does not show up. Our implementation consultant said it is not recognizing the course and to ask our beloved E-learning heroes. Thanks for your help!
Hi Mara! As you're testing, another great resource that we use regularly is SCORM Cloud. This will help identify if the issue lies within the course (you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud) or the LMS. If you are unable to replicate, we would recommend following up with your LMS.

Could it have anything to do with publishing SCORM 1.2? I'm going to try publishing SCORM 2004 and see what happens.
