I have triple checked and I am definitely using a survey question and not a short answer question. Yet the LMS seems to only capture 256 characters as opposed to the 5000 default limit applied on the essay question. Can you please help??!
The easy question is preceded by 30 standard multiple choice questions and the essay question is to be used as a tiebreaker. There is then a results slide and the settings are passed/Failed with no score applied for the essay question. The box scrolls as it should do and allows me to enter way more than 256 characters but the LMS is not recording these.
